Job descriptionOversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm’s reporting tools and systems. Lead a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting. Collaborate with the CTO to drive platform improvements, integrations, and data workflows. Partner with internal reporting and operations teams to resolve inquiries and enhance reporting outputs. Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and develop solutions in collaboration with peers across the firm. Ensure reporting standards are aligned with firm goals and meet compliance and service-level expectations. Help create and partner with practice management as it relates to training and best practices. 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data operations, or client-facing investment reporting roles. Experience with client portal technologies and alternative investment reporting is preferred. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Powered by JazzHR
