Trusts & Estates Attorney (7+ Yrs. Exp.)

Buckley Fine Law is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join our team. This attorney will have a minimum of 7 years' experience advising high net worth individuals and families in sophisticated estate planning, and experience assisting an executor through the administration of an estate.

We are looking for a highly motivated attorney at the early / middle stages of their career that will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative environment with a firm distinguished for its work.

• Responsibilities
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax minimization, creditor protection, and long-term family goals.
• Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Manage trust and estate administration matters, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution.
• Prepare federal and state gift and estate and tax returns.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and guide them through the process.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
• This position requires experience drafting and implementing sophisticated trust planning strategies and a high level of client contact.
• Strong legal drafting and writing skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
