Pay Range : $85 / hr $90 / hr

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Full Stack Solution Architect with deep expertise in pharmacy fulfillment systems.
  • The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with CVS Health systems (preferred) or Client pharmacy systems.
  • This role involves designing, developing, and implementing full stack enterprise solutions using Java, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, hands?on coding, and DevOps implementation across CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using Java, Angular, and Azure technologies.
  • Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise?grade applications.
  • Collaborate with cross?functional teams to define and execute architectural strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for repository management, build / release pipelines, and work item tracking.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non?technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability are applied throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation efforts on Azure.
  • Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize software delivery.
  • Mentor team members in technical design, architecture, and coding best practices.

    • Requirements / Must Have

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive architecture and full stack development background.
  • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing full stack solutions using Java (backend), Angular (frontend), and Azure.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing CI / CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
  • 9+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) including build / release pipelines and repository management.
  • 6+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI / CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments (Azure mandatory; AWS / GCP experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience and deep understanding of pharmacy fulfillment systems.
  • CVS Health system experience is mandatory (Client experience considered only as secondary).
  • Proven experience designing and coding enterprise?scale distributed systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem?solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Should Have (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and ADO Boards.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud?native development.
  • Experience working in healthcare or retail pharmacy domains.
