We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and uphold the highest standards of service excellence in our dining outlets.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our F&B department, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities : Team Leadership :

Supervise and mentor a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to maintain a cohesive and motivated workforce.Service Excellence :

Uphold the club's service standards by providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service delivery at all times.Operational Oversight :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, including dining rooms, bars, and event spaces, to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to established procedures.Guest Satisfaction :

Proactively engage with members and guests to anticipate their needs, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.Inventory Management :

Monitor inventory levels of F&B supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment, and coordinate with the F&B Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.Compliance :

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and club policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.Training and Development :

Conduct training sessions for F&B staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures to enhance their skills and performance.Event Coordination :

Assist in the planning and execution of club events, including banquets, weddings, and special functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications : Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or country club setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu planning, and beverage service.Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
