5+ years of Business Analysist experience
Experience on Healthcare domain

Soft skills

Fluent in communication and ability to interact directly with Client and their business teams is a must

Ability to work on multiple tasks and switch between them effortlessly

Very good on both Oral and written skills

Ability to work with high-level requirements by breaking them down to quantifiable tasks

Ability to adopt client process and handle ad-hoc task coming from client and jump start on different application areas

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with business users and gather requirements

Create Requirement documents

Walkthrough the requirement with DEV / QA teams and fill any requirement gaps

Contribute to Effort Estimate and project planning

Project milestone tracking and provide daily statuses to stakeholders

Create Flow diagrams and document the as is process
