Job Purpose :
This role drives prioritization, enablement, deployment, and use of critical digital products / services and technology within the North America region, with a strong emphasis on business partnering with Consumer Market Insights, and Marketing / Media. You will serve as a trusted advisor to these critical functions, aligning their business goals with digital solutions and technology that drive Unilever's growth. Collaborating with Global Product teams, you will ensure technology products are tailored to the North American market and deliver value across all Business UnitsFoods, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellness, and Home Care.

Pay : $115,680 to $173,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
