Job Title : Warehouse Associate

Helping people sleep well so they live well is at the core of what we do. The right mattress matters, and so does the right career. When you work in our warehouses, you'll play a vital part in helping people sleep well so they live well every day.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and / or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Non-Essential Responsibilities :

Education : High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience : 1+ Years related experience required.

Compensation : Competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour
