Overview
We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Specialist to support and deliver healthy air system solutions to our skilled trade contractors within a specific territory. You will be able to make an impact on our business's revenue within this territory by leaning into our customers, delivering creative solutions, and contributing to our company's success year over year.
This is a Home-Based B2B (when not in your territory seeing customers) position that requires someone be located in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Responsibilities
Your day will include :
Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for successProviding tailored product and system solutions to basement / crawlspace contractors (pest control, mold remediation, foundation repair)Displaying an exceptional degree of accountability for sales by cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needsWorking collaboratively with customer distribution managers in securing distributor orders with dealersDeveloping and leading an Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and allows you to plan for your month-to-month futureTracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accountsSupporting clients and developing long lasting relationshipsUpdating our CRM (Goldmine) and identifying accounts offering the greatest opportunitiesQualifications
