What you'll do

The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance, will serve as the primary finance business partner to the sales organization, providing strategic financial insights and support for trade spend management, new sales initiatives, and joint business planning. This role will drive financial accountability and performance from gross sales through to net sales, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and period-end reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with deep business acumen and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

How You'll do it

Sales Business Partnership :

• Act as the main finance partner to the sales organization, supporting decision-making on revenue growth strategies, promotions, and trade investments.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to design, evaluate, and optimize sales initiatives, including new product launches and key account programs.
• Provide financial insights to support negotiations with customers and distributors.

You have...

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 . Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
