Role Summary
As Adyton's first full-time product designer, you'll report directly to our Head of Product, Andrew, and play a critical role in shaping the future of how military organizations communicate, collaborate, and operate. Our platform is live and trusted, now we're scaling it to be more powerful and intuitive.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer who thrives on complex problem spaces and high-stakes outcomes. You will own end-to-end design for mobile and web SaaS products, taking features from 0 ? 1 and iterating thoughtfully to drive measurable user impact. The role requires deep UX instincts, a high-ownership mindset, and clear, async-native communication.
As an early design hire, you will help establish Adyton's design vision, culture, and practices. This role comes with meaningful equity and the opportunity to define the design function from day one.
