Who We are Looking for :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Machine Operator to join our team. As a Food

Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery

used in food production processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient production while maintaining

the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor food production machinery including but not limited to mixers and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure smooth

operation and minimize downtime.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area, including equipment and

workspaces.

• Keep accurate records of production output, machine issues, and any incidents or problems encountered.
• Meet all production quotas and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Spanish language skills are very desirable.

Physical Requirements :

• Use hands on a keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs.
• Stand / walk for the duration of the shift.
• Lift / carry / maneuver up to 40 pounds.

Compensation :

$17-18 per hour, depending on experience.
