About the Role

As a Product Manager III, Downstream - Embolization, you will lead and execute commercial strategies and marketing initiatives that drive growth across our Embolization, Access & Delivery (EAD) portfolio. This includes three innovative products : Embold, Obsidio, and TruSelect. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement impactful marketing plans that support our business objectives and help deliver meaningful solutions to physicians and patients globally. This is a hybrid role based in Maple Grove, MN. Work mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Build deep clinical and technical expertise in embolization therapies, product strategy, and competitive dynamics.
• Explore and define messaging strategies and customer segmentation to drive commercial growth across Embold, Obsidio, and TruSelect.
• Identify key marketing opportunities and galvanize cross-functional teams to execute against strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Brand Activation, Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and others.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to support global expansion and respond to unique market needs and risks.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and KOLs to gather insights and shape marketing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as the Sales Advisory Board and Hot Leads programs.
• Manage and curate competitive content for Innovation Center engagements, sales tools, and promotional strategies in alignment with brand positioning.
