Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LLMW, LPC, LMFT or LP, LLP, LLPC, LLMFT with your own clinical supervisors)

$6000 sign-on bonus offered!

Location : Flint, MI

Hours : Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.

Compensation : $51k starting for Limited Therapist to $57,200 starting for Full LIcensure, based on experience

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral services in a supportive, client-centered, and fun professional environment.

What You'll Do :

• Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.
