Since our founding in Oregon City, Oregon in the 1930's as a solo physician's office, we have grown to include 6 providers, over 16 support staff and an on-site lab.
The mission of the practice is to provide high quality medical services to our patients. Our vision is to exemplify the best in medical practice by promoting the best health care and treatment of our patients.

Duties :
- All duties associated with managing a primary care panel of patients.

Qualifications :
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in the state of Oregon
- Master's degree
- DEA Certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
