Design Lead at DoorDash
About the Role
We’re looking for a Design Lead who can bridge brand storytelling with growth‑focused design inside Superette, the Creative Studio at DoorDash. Leading a team of designers, you’ll develop work that both drives conversion in the short term and builds brand equity in the long term. You’ll be equally comfortable optimizing CRM and performance campaigns for measurable results as you are elevating DoorDash’s visual expression and design language. Partnering across Brand, Growth, and Marketing, you’ll deliver design that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably on‑brand. You’ll report to the Head of Design within Marketing, shaping how our studio integrates performance rigor with brand craft.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
