Please note : The location of this position is based out of the Sioux Falls, SD office. Daily commutes will be required Monday through Friday.

Pay Range :

$18 - $26 per hour (depending on experience)

Pay Breakdown :

Benefits kick in after 90-day Probation Period

Opportunity for performance-based increases after 6 months

Overtime pay as applicable

Hours / Shifts :

Full-time position

Monday to Friday

Substantial opportunities for overtime with no weekend work

Willingness to travel overnight as needed for projects

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Assist in the installation of wiring, hardware, and software for security systems

Ensure all installations are completed in a clean, professional manner with a focus on organized wiring and equipment placement

Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards

Troubleshoot basic issues with guidance from senior technicians

Maintain a neat and professional workspace and appearance

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus

Interest in security systems and a desire to learn installation techniques

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

Willingness to travel overnight as needed
