We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to provide Computer Repair, Data Recovery, New Computer Systems, and Computer Help to both Home and Business clients.

Primary Duties + Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a Data Doctors Computer Technician are to service and repair Windows-based computer systems, both in the hardware and software areas.
However, many of our customers need in-store service, installation, configuration & upgrading of desktop and laptop computers.
There will be opportunities to learn new things every day. This fast-paced industry never has a boring day as long as you are open to new challenges and opportunities.
This position requires a strong ability to complete technical tasks and communicate them effectively to customers. We explain all our computer service solutions in relatable, easy-to-understand terms to our customers (NO GEEK SPEAK).

Qualifications
We love providing opportunity to our employees to grow and strengthen their technical and leadership abilities. However, as a high-skilled position, our Computer Technicians must meet the following prerequisite qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- A+ Certification (or willingness to learn)
- Customer Service / Sales Experience
- Self-Motivated with a Desire to Advance
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
While those are the set requisites for the Computer Technician position, we're giving bonus points for applicants with strong computer knowledge, previous technical experience, and sales / consulting experience.
The full-time technician at Data Doctors in east Mesa is a full time hourly position to include paid days off, purchase benefits, and medical / dental benefits (not available in all locations).
