California Licensed Senior Property Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee property performance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Builds relationships with customers, sets rental rates, and negotiates lease agreements

Provides leadership to the portfolio team and addresses client issues for exceptional customer experience

Manages lease terminations, eviction proceedings, and oversees maintenance tickets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field preferred

Active California Real Estate license required

3+ years of experience in property management with previous leadership experience

Working knowledge of property regulations and proficiency in property management software

Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications and Mac OS
