Location : Ridgefield Park, NJ
Salary Range : $175,000 – $275,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven sales leader to oversee our sales team and drive continued revenue growth. This role requires experience leading teams of 10+ , proven success in scaling revenue year over year , and the ability to execute KPIs with accountability and precision . The VP of Sales will play a critical role in shaping client relationships, expanding market share, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10+ professionalsDevelop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targetsEstablish, track, and ensure accountability for KPIs across the teamBuild and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunitiesPartner with leadership to expand into new markets and channelsDrive a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvementQualifications
5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experienceProven track record of scaling annual revenue in building materials or related industriesStrong background in team leadership, KPI execution, and performance accountabilityExcellent business development and client relationship management skillsExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilitiesMust-Haves
Experience leading a sales team of 10+ with direct accountabilityDemonstrated ability to scale revenue year over yearStrong KPI-driven leadership style with proven resultsBackground in building materials, construction products, or related industry salesTrack record of driving client acquisition and retention at a large revenue scaleBenefits
