Were growing and looking forOrthopedic Sales Representatives to join our team in a variety of specialties (Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle / Trauma, Arthroplasty, and more). Through the interview process, well work with you to match your strengths to the right team and specialty and we aim to place you in a territory closer to your home.

What Youll Do

  • Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate customers on Arthrexs innovative products and surgical techniques.
  • Drive sales growth by supporting cases in the operating room and beyond.
  • Partner with your teammates to cover call schedules and meet team goals.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree preferred (business, sales, marketing, or health field).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Comfortable working in surgical / operating room settings.
  • Sales experience (especially in B2B or healthcare) is a plus, but we also welcome driven candidates eager to grow into the role.
