Host / Hostess

The Joyce is seeking a professional and welcoming Host / Hostess to join our team in creating memorable dining experiences. Our ideal candidate has a natural sense of hospitality and enjoys setting the tone for a guest's evening from the very first hello.

What we're looking for :

Minimum 1 year of experience as a host in a high-quality, well-rated restaurant

A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for guest service

Strong integrity and the ability to make thoughtful, on-the-spot decisions

Clear, professional communication skills with an emphasis on etiquette and guest care

Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Sevenrooms, OpenTable or Resy

A polished, professional, and personable presence
