We're opening an exciting new Italian–Mediterranean restaurant on Miami Beach and looking for passionate, polished, and welcoming Hosts / Hostesses to join our opening team! This is your opportunity to be part of something fresh, vibrant, and full of energy - where coastal Mediterranean flavors meet Miami Beach style and hospitality.

As the first point of, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll greet with warmth, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and help ensure our service runs seamlessly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and loves providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable or Seven Rooms, anticipating guest needs, such as noting allergies or special requests.
• Escort guests to their tables with grace, presenting menus and introducing them to their server.
• Maintain the pristine appearance of the host stand and entrance area at all times.
• Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette, managing inquiries and reservations.
