With 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.

Technical :

• SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
• Application Onboarding and support
• Lifecycle Management
• Account Creation and onboarding
• Quicklink / Form / Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
• SCIM API Experience
• Web Services Connector Experience
• Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
• BeanShell / Java
• Certification and Access Review
• Access Request Support
• Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
• Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
• Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
• Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
• Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / AD)
• Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
• Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance / oversight
