Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver learning programs aligned to business needs and capability goals
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning priorities and handle program logistics
Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback and data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of experience in program design, learning strategy, or business enablement
Certifications in coaching, talent development, or program management are a plus
Experience in large, matrixed organizations and partnering with senior HR and business leaders
Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-wide talent or leadership programs ideal
