The Director, Operations Analytics leads the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) for STERIS, driving enterprise-wide data governance, analytics strategy, and data literacy across Supply Chain and Operations. This role is accountable for enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational performance, and aligning analytics initiatives with business priorities. The Director serves as a strategic partner to functional leaders and IT, ensuring analytics capabilities are scalable, trusted, and impactful.

What You'll Do as a Director Operations Analytics

Governance & Strategy

• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and quality rules across Supply Chain and Operations.
• Develop and execute the analytics roadmap, including AI / ML, predictive modeling, and business intelligence for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the business.
• Lead the creation of master data strategies and ensure alignment with functional KPIs.
• Serve as a strategic partner in shaping enterprise transformation through data-driven insights and operational intelligence.

Here is a brief overview of what we offer :

Pay range for this opportunity is $141,737.50 - $183,425.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county / city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
