Veeva Senior Support Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault QMS, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management processes and a proven track record in support roles, handling technical issues and user queries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus . This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in Veeva Vault QMS and a passion for providing top-notch support in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Good knowledge of ITIL & ITSM processes.
• Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
