We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help us share the Giordano’s experience with fans everywhere.

Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in creating and managing Giordano’s presence across social media platforms. From showcasing our legendary pizza to engaging with loyal fans, you’ll be responsible for telling our story in fresh, engaging, and authentic ways. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented creator who thrives on collaboration, lives for trending content, and has a love for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across all Giordano’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments / messages, and actively engage with our community.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and emerging platforms to keep Giordano’s content timely and relevant.
• Assist with content creation, including photography, videography, and graphics, to capture the brand’s voice and personality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, culinary, eCommerce, etc.) to support campaigns, promotions, events, and new product launches.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure engagement, reach, and growth.
• Support influencer and partnership activations, including outreach, communication, and content tracking.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold Giordano’s visual and verbal identity across all channels.
