As a technical recruiter supporting CoreAI, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI innovation at Microsoft. CoreAI is building the infrastructure and agentic frameworks that power next-generation developer experiences, and recruiting is a top priority for its leadership. You'll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to identify, engage, and hire talent across systems engineering, AI science, and agent-native development. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, as you'll help drive differentiated sourcing strategies, refine hiring bar calibration, and support storytelling that resonates with candidates from top global AI programs and industry-leading companies.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
