Summary :
A fast-scaling, tech-driven firm redefining modern legal practice is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead its Business Law Division. This hybrid leadership and practice role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with deep experience in both litigation and transactional law who thrives in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will serve as lead counsel in complex business disputes, oversee transactional work, mentor junior attorneys, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand and shape the division’s strategic direction.
What You’ll Do :
Serve as lead counsel in business litigation, including shareholder, partnership, commercial, and real estate disputes.Oversee business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives.Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of associates, paralegals, and support professionals within the division.Partner with firm leadership on business development, operations, and growth strategy.Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.Contribute to overall firm leadership and culture as a key member of the management team.Experience You’ll Need :
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.12+ years of combined litigation and transactional experience.Demonstrated first-chair experience in trials, arbitrations, or complex dispute resolution.Strong background in corporate transactions, including M&A and commercial contracts.Proven leadership ability with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive practice area growth.Business development skills or a willingness to develop them with firm support.Why Join :
