📍 McLean, Virginia | 🕒 Full-Time | 🔒 TS / SCI with Polygraph | Onsite Overview Lucayan Technology LLC is seeking a talented  Data Scientist  to join our growing team in  McLean, VA .

As a Data Scientist with Lucayan, you will apply advanced data science techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, support mission-critical decision-making, and deliver innovative analytics for the Intelligence Community.

What You’ll Do Collect, clean, and analyze  large, complex datasets  from diverse sources.

Develop and implement  machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical algorithms .

Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy and scalability.

Communicate analytic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Design visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings effectively.

Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission teams to solve operational challenges.

Stay up to date on  data science and AI / ML trends  to deliver innovative solutions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Required :

• Active  TS / SCI with Polygraph .
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science). 3+ years of experience   in data science, analytics, AI / ML, or quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency with  Python, R, SQL / PostgreSQL, GitLab .
• Hands-on experience analyzing  large-scale datasets .
• Experience with  Palantir Foundry / Gotham  tools.
• Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
