The Web Marketing team owns Airtable's logged-out surfaces, including the homepage, product pages, and campaign experiences that serve as the first touchpoint for millions of visitors. As Engineering Manager for the team, you'll lead the technical direction and execution for Airtable.com, making sure it's fast, reliable, accessible, and able to keep up with changing business needs. Partnering closely with Marketing, Design, and Product, you'll help build the web experiences that showcase our brand and drive awareness and sign-ups.

While we employ a hybrid working model at Airtable (flexible in working from the office or elsewhere), we are looking to hire candidates at this level that are based in San Francisco and open to coming into the office at least ~2-3 times / week for team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers, located in the US and offshore, responsible for Airtable's logged-out web experience.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives to build products in a high-quality and sustainable way.
• Nurture a team of passionate and capable engineers. Partner with senior engineers to multiply their impact, and coach & grow early-career engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional peers including product, design, and marketing to come up with and execute against short and long term strategy and plans for the team.
• Implement processes to help the team scale and be productive, while allowing for agility to accommodate the dynamic environment that we operate in.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is : $213,900 - $277,600 USD
