Call Center Assistant

A company is looking for a Call Center Assistant to provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound and outbound general and technical support to internal customers

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat

Document issues handled and stay current on relevant support resources

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Call center experience is preferred

Experience working with a PC in a Windows environment is required

Ability to work as a member of a team

Excellent attendance is required
