Job Description :

• The Assistant Accountant's role is to support EPRI International, Inc.'s small accounting team in their ever-growing global business by providing world-class accounting, reporting, and operational support to our internal and external stakeholders in multiple countries.
• We are looking for an accountant who immediately can assist us with mainly Excel tasks which includes :
• Prepare in Excel vendor invoice coding and payment request in foreign currencies / USD Prepare in Excel vendor invoice request with PO payments,
• Review expense reports claims to receipts, prepare coding and request payments in different currencies,
• Prepare general ledger templates in Excel for month-end close, Prepare general ledger account reconciliation files in local and reporting currency (dual currency reconciliations),
• Help with preparation of Payroll requests for different countries, Upload, sort, and compile support documents, Collect information in Concur for month-end close, Ad hoc requests during month-end close.

Skills :

• 2+ years’experience in practical accounting in a small company (GL / AP) (allrounder)Working experience in SAP ERP FI accounting modules (GL AP) preferred or other ERP software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite :
• Outlook Excel Word and Adobe PDF Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication abilities and open to an international business atmosphere.
• Exceptional attention to detail time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Self-motivated independent hands-on mentality and effective work with minimal daily supervision to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Reliability flexibility curiosity and strong teamwork skills.
