Our client is a growing law firm, with a focus on providing cutting edge technology solutions internally and for their clients.

In this role, they are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the full stack development of a next-generation workflow automation application. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a critical application from the ground up. This role is hands on engineering role in addition to contributing to the development strategy to build a robust, scalable, and secure platform. The Senior engineer will review and provide development oversight over less experienced developers on the team.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

Lead the full stack development and implementation of a new workflow optimization application.

Collaborate with senior technical leadership to develop a robust, scalable, and secure platform.

Design, develop, and maintain secure and performant data-intensive applications.

Integrate the application with external APIs and commercial CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Utilize and integrate open-source libraries and tools for various administrative modules, including ORM, state machines, search, and profile management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage day-to-day work of near shore / off shore developers and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Experience Requirements :

8+ years of experience as a Python Developer.

Proven experience as a lead for web application development, specifically utilizing frameworks like Django.

3+ years of experience working on workflow automation applications.

3+ years of experience utilizing open-source libraries and tools for administrative modules (ORM, state machines, search, and profile management).

5+ years of experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

5+ years of experience designing and developing secure and performant data-intensive applications.

Extensive experience utilizing cloud-based databases like AWS RDS and S3.

Experience working with cross functional technology teams to rapidly iterate prototypes using tools like Cursor or Lovable to gather feedback and quickly turn around a revision of an application.

Strong understanding of modern web technologies, architectural patterns, and software development lifecycles.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related Field

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
