About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (07 : 30 - 16 : 00)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year

License : State licensed

Certifications : BLS, Fluoro Permit

Must-Have : ARRT registration

SCRQSA certification

Travel experience

Description :

Monday to Friday schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

One night of call per week and call every 7th weekend.

Flexible contract lengths are available for holiday coverage.

In order to be eligible for holiday contracts, travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.

Travelers are not authorized to take time off from December 26 to December 31.

Staff are required to float to other units and / or campuses as requested due to census needs.

Floating will only be to units for which competencies have already been documented.

Full benefit rate granted for travelers located 100 miles away from the facility.

Local applicants will experience a reduction in bill rate.

Daily patient ratio is manageable.

Interdisciplinary support includes various professional teams.

Preferred skills involve a range of interventional procedures with advanced imaging technology.

Must have experience with specific procedures, techniques, and equipment relevant to interventional radiology.

Special considerations for travelers include completion of pre-assignment modules and testing.

Travelers must have prior EMR experience with a minimum of 1-year proficiency.

The goal is to ensure patient safety and high-quality care through proper staffing and competency requirements.
