Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated, is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work at our Health Care campus. These openings in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, a Rehabilitation program, work with residents and direct nursing staff. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering a $10,000 Bonus!\n\nStarting wage at $24.70 plus depending on experience.\n\nWe have an expanded Loan Forgiveness program!!\n\nThere are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.\n\nFull-Time Shifts : Days (AM) (6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm) and Evenings (PM) (2 : 15 pm to 10 : 45 pm)\n\nFull-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus. • Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff\n
• Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response\n
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures\n
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software\n
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary\n
• Performs additional duties as required\n\nWhat does a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) require?\n
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program\n
• Have a current MN Nursing license\n
• CPR preferred but not required\n
• Possess strong people and communication skills\n
