What We’re Looking For :

LPN / RN License : Must be valid in Minnesota (or ability to activate).

CPR Certification : Current and valid.

Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Leadership Experience : Prior nurse leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus.
