Job Description :

The Senior SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant is pivotal in enhancing project delivery and providing dynamic functional support.

This role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with key internal stakeholders to identify and implement SAP solutions that drive efficiency and standardization.

• Project Leadership : Spearhead and contribute to a range of projects, from minor enhancements to significant deployments, applying your SAP expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
• Collaborative Engagement : Act as a liaison with the global IT team to offer your specialized skills in critical situations, ensuring robust, cross-regional support.
• SAP Solution Adherence : Champion the use of standard SAP solutions, leveraging pre-delivered options to address common business challenges.
• Functional Support and Incident Management : Efficiently address and resolve functional incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Global IT Collaboration : Work in tandem with IT teams worldwide to craft and implement scalable, global SAP solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
• SAP ECC Expertise : Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or distribution context is crucial.
• SD Module Mastery : Deep knowledge in the SD module, with a focus on delivering comprehensive order-to-cash solutions.
• Customer SAP ECC Global Template : Adept at using the customer's SAP ECC Global Template to ensure a perfect alignment between SAP solutions and business requirements.
• SAP SD Solution Design : Proficient in configuring and implementing a wide range of SD functionalities, including master data, credit management, and various sales order processes.
• Order to Cash Implementation : Skilled in the end-to-end design and deployment of order-to-cash processes, including CRM integration, billing, pricing, and customer master data management.
• EDI and Data Migration Expertise : Experience with SAP functional EDI transactions in the SD area and proficient in managing data migration tasks.
• Cross-Module Familiarity : Basic to intermediate experience in WM / MM modules, with additional exposure to PP and FI modules as a plus.
• Knowledge, deep understanding and Experience of Enterprise resource Planning software SAP is Required
• Specialized knowledge and certification in SAP Technology is Huge plus, One should have experience of Guiding & providing
• Training to End Users around SAP- software solution These are all high end consulting roles and require specialized
• experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business This is a Computer / IT Analyst role
• The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware,
• software or system functional specifications experience is required in SAP technology. The design, development,
