SO, WHAT ABOUT YOU? Shift Leaders are leaders that run shifts. Are you a leader? Can you run a shift? Perfect! You’ll be working directly with the managers of your location to drive operational excellence. All the best leaders started as shift leaders, probably (you don’t have to fact check that…)

Inspiring and setting the pace for the shift you’re leading. It’s not about telling people what to do, that’s why we fired the other one, it’s about showing them the mission and values that get them to want to be the best they can be.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is an entry-level leadership position, and maybe you’ve led a classroom team, played sports, the trend-setter among friends, we don’t know, but if you think you can be a leader that drives your shifts to success, we want you!
