$165 per hour

About The Position

Exciting Locum CRNA opportunity in Troy, NY , offering $165 / hour for a full-time weekday schedule . Work in a collaborative, hospital-based environment with a 1 : 3 supervision ratio and a diverse surgical case mix. Perfect for a skilled CRNA seeking stability, professional growth, and work-life balance—no travel required and limited call responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide anesthesia services for General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Orthopedic, Bariatric, and Urogynecology procedures.
  • Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia as needed.
  • Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult patients (minimal pediatric volume).
  • Accurately document cases using Epic EMR .
  • Participate in weekday and rotational call coverage.

Working Hours :

  • Monday–Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Weeknight Call : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
  • Weekend Call : 24-hour (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 AM)

    • Skills :

  • Proficiency in general and regional anesthesia techniques
  • Expertise in spinal and epidural procedures
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR
  • Strong commitment to patient care and safety

    Job Requirements

  • Active New York State license – Required
  • NBCRNA Certification – Required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications – Required
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Troy, NY
  • Credentialing : 2–3 months (can be expedited)
  • Prior experience with spinal / epidural anesthesia preferred
