Our team is seeking a Vice President to join our digital team in New York, NY or Washington DC to lead in crafting, and executing, cutting-edge digital strategy for clients ranging from nonprofits and advocacy groups to media start-ups and industry leaders.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Running large client engagements by developing strategic and tactical plans, across existing and emerging platforms.
• Independently manage client accounts or be the senior most digital leader on client accounts.
• Manage several projects from concept to execution, maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals.
• Be a trusted advisor, demonstrating the experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise to diagnose and resolve client problems and create value.
• Providing the digital team, as a group and as individuals, with leadership that maintains morale levels, encourages collegiality and nudges people to be the best they can be day to day.
• Overseeing content creation including review, edit, and providing feedback on materials from junior staff.
• Owning the business development process from brainstorm to completion for cross team proposals.

What We Are Looking For :

Salary range for this role is $135,000 – 170,000. We are flexible in adjusting this position / salary to Executive Vice President for more experienced candidates.
