Responsibilities

• Interface professionally with client / tenants to communicate work plans and logistics
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent and collaborate with all project team members including subcontractors and the design team to prepare routine reports
• Directly responsible for tracking, maintenance, and distribution of all project documents including approved drawings, specifications, project documents, and onsite records
