About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for North America Custom Solutions with a focus on sales leadership and product business development. The successful candidate will be a key driver of strategies to grow the custom solutions business in North America, particularly in the areas of integrated marketing programs, sales enablement, thought leadership, custom analytics, and market strategy. This critical role involves managing a high-performing team, driving sales to meet annual bookings plans, and providing detailed forecasts and budgets. The VP will also be responsible for process implementation, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and continuously updating the team on new services. People management is a key aspect, including coaching, mentoring, and recruiting to maintain a motivated and competent sales team.
Applicants for the VP position should have a university degree in a business discipline or relevant education, with a strong preference for those with a background in the ICT industry or related research companies. A minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise solution selling, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American market and local players, particularly those in the IT and T sectors. The role demands a strategic thinker who can contribute to regional and global decision-making, and who is adept at developing and implementing sales strategies. The VP will also be expected to champion the use of sales enablement tools and actively collaborate with other business units within the company's network.
