Job description

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Boca Raton, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Duties

  • Perform routine and advanced MRI examinations independently for inpatient, outpatient, ED, and scheduled procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring correct anatomical imaging and adherence to MRI safety protocols.
  • Operate MRI scanners and adjust imaging parameters to meet exam requirements and optimize image quality.
  • Assist with or administer contrast media per protocol and monitor patients for reactions.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and workflow within the facility’s EMR system.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure timely exam completion and patient throughput.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of MRI equipment and the MRI suite.
  • Follow all hospital, imaging department, and Tenet Healthcare policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 1+ year of MRI experience required.
  • Licensure : Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license required.
  • Certifications : ARRT(MR) strongly preferred
