Job descriptionCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is highly desirable but not required. Ability to become trained and certified as Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment. CPR and First Aid certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus. Skilled Nursing CNA
Location : Logan, UT, USA
Competitive wage paid bi-monthly. Overtime is available.
Shift : Day & Evening Shifts
Key Attributes and Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake / output as directed.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents.
- Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
