Location : Sunshine Terrace Foundation, 248 West 300 North, Logan, Utah Shifts : Immediate openings for Day & Evening Shifts; other shifts available Employment Type : Full-time or Part-time

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nurse's Aides to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care according to facility policies and care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake / output
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Report any changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
