Your Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to residents
Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
Supervise CNAs and support staff to maintain high standards of care
Document resident progress and communicate with families and physicians
What You Bring to the Team:
Current RN license in Florida
CPR Certification
A heart for geriatric care and commitment to patient-centered service
Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
