The Recruiting Manager stands apart by excelling at talent engagement, communication and delivery of staffing / workforce solutions. Our Recruiting Managers develop deep partnerships with internal and external HR partners. Responsibilities

• Create a culture that attracts the best talent and enables high-performance teams to do their best work
• Coach and develop our next generation of recruiting leaders
• Establish strong partnerships by listening, having empathy and delivering on commitments
• Win trust and build credibility to advise, support and drive value at all levels including executive leadership
• Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges and wins to executive leadership
• Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types
