What your day looks like
You start your shift by scanning line dashboards and heading to the floor. You sample parts, validate measurements with calipers and micrometers, and compare results to CelLink and customer engineering specs. As production ramps, you audit stations against approved work instructions and procedures, coach operators on best practices, and quickly flag any emerging trends. When a nonconformance appears, you coordinate containment and sorting, organize MRB activities, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Before wrap‑up, you document findings, help refine quality alerts, and partner with teams to strengthen our quality system.
