Indiana Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance functions for the Indiana health plan and manage submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements

Serve as a senior leader in state compliance meetings and manage interactions with state regulators

Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs

5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development

5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
