Job Duties / Description :
- Full Cycle sales role - generate leads, account management / order entry
- Conduct lead generation calls and networking
- Conduct sales appointments including virtual demos and proposal presentations to high-level stakeholders
- Develop sales strategies and territory growth plan for new business and close the deal
- Manage multiple projects at one time - manage account relationships and order entry
- Willingness to travel when needed (ex. trade shows)
- Will be given a list of accounts to call on, plus incoming leads through marketing efforts
Requirements :
- 5+ years of business development sales experience (must be a HUNTER!)
- Previous CRM software experience is required
- Experience in the industrial industry is a plus!
Additional Info :
- Pay range : $65,000 - 70,000 base + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE 135k+)
- Schedule : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday to Friday
- Location : In-office (open for hybrid flexibility)
- Type : Direct Hire
