The Senior HVAC Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and residential settings. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by local or state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, refrigeration cycles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
• Supervisory skills.
